- Substructure (of a binary structure).
- Subgroup (of a group).
Carefully state the following theorems (you need not prove them):
- Theorem giving conditions for a subset of a group to be a subgroup.
- Theorem concerning unions and intersections of subgroups.
Solve the following problems:
